North Texas Paint shops - Body on or Body off

I am in the process of building my Factory 5 MKIV and getting the engine ready to start but want to start looking for a good paint shop that knows these cars and people have experience with, basically to get in line. This would be panel fitting and paint. Any recommendations and experience. Also recommendations for body on or body off painting? I would like to also have someone who can do under fender coating as well.

My car is currently at Brent's Customs in Lewisville, feel free to give him a call or stop by and check it out. Different shops have different preferences for body on vs body off. For my car, he has the body on right now while he gaps all the panels and ensures the curves all line up. Once he is comfortable with the overall shape and fit he will remove the body, doors, trunk, and hood. I will then take the frame back to finish out the carpeting and final dash/interior install. He will then finish the paint prep and painting the body while off the frame on a body buck. Once he has painted the body, I will get the go-kart back to him for final assembly.

Are you satisfied with the work done by Brent's? Can you recommend his shop? I'm about start my MK4 build and looking to compile a short list of body shops for painting step in the future.
