• 12pm-6pm: Onsite Registration OPENS
• 7pm-10pm: Welcoming Party and Movie Night in the Hotel Parking Area

Thursday, April 9, 2026

• 9am–5pm: Registration Opens
• 9:30am: First Time Attendee's Drivers Meeting in the Parking Lot
• 9:00am: Daily Cruises-routes to be determined. Electronic maps will be available for download at the Meet.
• 7pm-10pm: Welcoming Party and Movie Night in the Hotel Parking Area

Friday, April 10, 2026

• 9am–5pm: Registration Opens
• 9am-4pm: Daily Cruises – Route(s) and Electronic maps will be available for download at the meet.
• 9:30am: First Time Attendees' Drivers Meeting in the Parking Lot
• 4:00pm: Group Photo. Maps will be at the registration desk and in your Welcome Packet.
• 6:30pm: Hamburger Cookout in the parking lot. Weather Permitting

Saturday, April 11, 2026

• 9am-4pm: Cruise Activities: Electronic maps will be available for Download at the Meet.
• 6:00pm: Cash Bar Opens in Banquet Room
• 6:30pm: Texas Cobra Club Banquet Dinner
• 7:00pm: Closing Party Activities: Raffles, Silent Auction, Games, Video Presentation
• 9:00pm: “Business” Meeting

• 8:00am: Pack up and go home!
